University of New South Wales offers Juris Doctor (JD) scholarship for international students. Applicants must not be Australian Citizens or have been granted permanent resident status within the first year of full-time study. Applicants must be eligible for entry to the Juris Doctor program prior to applying for the scholarship and be proposing full-time study in the Juris Doctor program at UNSW.

The application deadline is 30 November 2013.

The government of Canada offers PhD scholarships for Canadian and international students in Canada. The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (Vanier CGS) program was created to attract and retain world-class doctoral students and to establish Canada as a global center of excellence in research and higher learning. Students must be nominated by only one Canadian university, which must have received a Vanier CGS allocation.

Each Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship is valued at $50,000 per year.
