Tất cả các hồ sơ xin thị thực đều được xét duyệt bởi Đại Sứ quán Anh tại Hà Nội.Tuy nhiên, các hồ sơ xin thị thực đủ điều kiện làm dịch vụ visa nhanh có thể nộp tại Tổng Lãnh Sự quán Anh tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh để chuyển ra Hà Nội.
