Real-life study in our classrooms is supplemented with a final semester on paid placement with partner companies or organizations. Our graduates are pleasantly surprised at the level of responsibility and complexity with which they are entrusted in areas such as policy development, labour relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment and selection or staff training.
Where do you want to work?
Our program is designed to create leaders dedicated to contributing to their employer’s strategic advantage by fashioning a workforce ready to take on the global challenge.
Hosting an HRM student on placement has been a win-win learning experience for us. We have benefited from the enthusiasm and hard work that a new and energetic HR person brings to work everyday and we have learned ourselves through teaching the students.
