Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship is a well known fellowship program for international students to study in USA. It is a non-degree program. Participants may complete academic coursework at their host universities to update their academic and professional knowledge in their field, but they do not receive an academic degree as a result of their participation in the Program.

The ten months fellowship is provided to cover many expenses. Application deadlines vary by country.
